Bunker Management System is a system application that ship captains use to report the status of the vessel and system user used to plan and schedule bunkering process.
Requirement
Current system is very dated and hard to use, need to make the user interface more user friendly and intuitive.
Implementation
The system app is implemented as a Windows Application.

A sequential process is implemented, the current stage and process is made very intuitive.

Interface is tested and verified by the system users.

Problem Statement
Users have difficulty identifying what is the current process and what is the next action. This leads to frustration and decreased user satisfaction.

Concept
First row of the schedule is thicken and highlighted, while subsequent row is disable, to prevent uploading errors.
When a step is complete, it turned dark green, while the next expected report button turns brighter green. only the relevant active buttons are active while the rest of the buttons are disable.
